Neon necklace
Just in case you were still doubting whether I was obsessed with neon colours or not, here's yet another post which will clearly show you I'm pretty much ready for the detox center. :-)
Let me introduce you to... my neon yellow necklace!

I made it a few weeks ago by spray painting a necklace I bought at H&M. First a layer of white, then bright yellow, and voila!
The adorable little man reading me a story is my cousin's wonderful son... it was so good to spend some time with him and with the rest of the family; I can't wait for the next time I'll see them all again!
Fist photo taken by my mum.

Neon striped tea towel
Here's a little bit more neon yellow for you today!

I was inspired by these beautiful HAY tea towels and spray-painted thin neon yellow lines on a stripey tea towel using this method. I'm super happy with the result but am not sure how well it will resist multiple washes... :-)
If it fades away, I'll try embroidering lines with this thread I bought a little while ago!

And guess who's turn it is today? Mine! :-)

Bright jewels

Left: neon collar necklace by a pare and a spare
Right: 'end of the party' necklace by French 76
After seeing these two beautiful necklaces I went straight to the hardware store to buy a can of neon yellow spray paint. I just needed to make one too (and now I might just start spraying random things in bright colours too...).
P.S. Claire, from Fellow Fellow, has asked me to do a few guest posts on her beautiful blog. Head over here to see the first one!
It seriously makes me want to be all tanned and in the middle of summer...
